Kids Karate, Adult Karate
Kidz Karate: 6.15pm - 7.15pm
Qualified instructors utilize a unique training program to enhance your child's learning experience while having fun and developing important life skills for the future along the way. For ages 5 up until 15. Parents are most welcome and encouraged to spectate.
Adults Karate: 7.30pm - 8.30pm.
Whether you'd like to train for fitness, self confidence or for self defence, Zen Do Kai Karate is a great way to achieve your own personal goals. The vast depth of Karate means every lesson you will learn something new.
All first lessons are free, that way you see if this is the right thing for you. Cost per lesson is $11 - discounts are available for multiple family members.
